Matariki Residence is privately owned.
On your day of check in, from 2pm; On your day of check out, by 11am.
100% of the deposit will be refunded if reservation is cancelled more than 30 days prior to the check in date. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the check in date are not eligible for a refund.
On request, various tailored services can also be arranged whilst staying at the property eg. Mid stay or more regular cleaning; Food and/or wine packages on arrival; on site chefs; heliskiing bookings, wine tours etc.
Yes, a single rollout bed and/or cot can be made available to guests.
If arriving by air, a flight to Queenstown airport (IATA: ZQN, ICAO: NZQN) which is located in Frankton, Otago, New Zealand. Followed by a short drive of ~8 km (5.0 mi) will take you to the doorstep of Matariki Residence. Hire cars, taxis or ride share services can be arranged online and collected from Queenstown airport.
